This Privacy Policy explains how Kenneth Schiessl ("we") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use CSL DRILL (the "Product") at csldrill.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: the email address (and any name) you provide to create your login.
- Payment information: processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing details, but we do not collect or store your full credit-card number — Stripe handles that.
- Usage data: your quiz activity, scores, and progress history, so the Product can track your performance and weak areas. Some of this may be stored locally in your browser and/or in your account.
- Technical data: standard information your browser sends (e.g., device/browser type), and basic analytics if enabled.
2. How we use your information
To provide and operate the Product; to create and manage your account; to process payments and provide refunds; to track your study progress; to provide customer support; to send you essential account or purchase emails; and to improve the Product. We will only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Product, under their own privacy terms, including:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Memberstack (login and access management)
- Cloudflare (website hosting and analytics)
We may also disclose information if required by law.
4. Cookies & local storage
The Product uses cookies and/or browser local storage to keep you logged in and to save your quiz progress. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may break parts of the Product.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and usage information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Product, and as required for legal or accounting purposes.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@csldrill.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Children
The Product is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy; changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
