Refund Policy

No refunds after first use

Once you start your first practice session, you have accessed the product and refunds are not available. This is to prevent use-and-return abuse of digital exam-prep content. At $39 one-time with no subscription, the risk is low — and the entire site explains exactly what you're getting before you pay.

Pre-use billing or technical issues

If you have a billing error or a technical problem and have not yet started a practice session, email support@csldrill.com within 48 hours and we will resolve it. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).

After a refund

Once refunded, your access to CSL DRILL will be revoked.
